Character Study For Song Animation

So Iv started some studies for my next animation. The chicken took a day. This one goes with an original three min. song, so it will be a while until its finished. Ill need to iron out the characters soon so the other parts and production work can start. No rush though. Which is fine because some well timed freelance is in.
This will bring some things about that I have been meaning to commit to. Mainly, using a bristol or illustration board in place of a sketchbook. At least for the backgrounds. Id like to do a panoramic of this scene with a big tree.

Diving for Quarters Revisited

There are a lot of images in my sketchbooks that I would like to take to the next stage. Here, I went over what was in already done, tracing my drawing with tissues and a soft lead for transfer. Then I tightened up the drawing from the reference that I had saved from before. Now that Moleskine has made big paper, Im ready to go through and redo some of my favorites.
