Some of my under paintings are better than others. Most of the time the likeness is too far away to even consider stopping early. Sometimes, even though the likeness is off, its a nice painting of a person in general. This is one that I was thinking of leaving alone, but I know Ill like it better if I go into it at least a little more. As I put the book together for these portraits, I'm considering including some under paintings and color pallets. Like I said before, the book is self initiated and am using it as a short term goal, so whatever works best will go in it.
