I was looking for something in my archive and came across a Kishimojin picture I did in late 2007. The one on the left is a detail from the book I did this past spring, done in watercolor and colored in Photoshop. The one on the right was done in Illustrator; a detail from a larger poster. I have drawn her many times, but post these because the pose is similar, and they show the big differences in execution over the past few years. Back then, I did almost everything in Illustrator and rarely painted. Not painting was a bad idea.
