It's storming beautifuly in Hartford tonight. A perfect metaphor to what happening in our hotel. 30 plus fantastic illustrators in one place for the same purpose; learning and disussing illustration. For the second and third year students, we spent the week with Gary Kelly and Chris Payne who lectured, gave us demos and explinations of technique, and feedback on our work, both in progress and overall. I'll have two versions of this weeks project for tomorrows discussion. Much progress has been made.
