This is pretty much what I want this to look like, but not quite. I had the clouds colored teal in PS, but I really want this to be painted fully traditionally. While I was filling in the color around the leafs I started thinking of an illustration I saw at Illustration House.
(Sorry, I'm not sure who the illustrator was.) This illustration was amazingly detailed. When filling in the clouds behind the trees, I was zoomed way, way in, but not being particularly careful. Nothing like what we see here. But I can zoom in and he couldn't. What if he could? What if any of them could? Or would they even bother touching the computer? Would I if in a different time?
