Adidas Pattern

These are a year old.  Iv been looking forward to showing them but had to wait until the pieces were produced and hit the stores.  Big problems if I show early.  Nothing burns a bridge like jumping the gun.  The pattern is being printed on different pieces for Champs.  Click here for the variety.  All the pieces in the link contain the pattern.

The above are the elements.  We went through about a month of development, steering the paisleys into NBA lifestyle specific iconography.  I worked with one of the guys I do tee graphics and figures for.  He's the one who directed me for the Utah Flash logo.

Above is the repeat.  I looked at a lot of styles for how the pieces fit together and how the line work was weighted throughout each piece and as a whole in relation to one another.  I really enjoyed this project.  More than that, its lead me to the modified paisleys I'm doing today.
